1. A tripartite agreement was signed on 27.01.2011 among Telephone Shilpa Sangstha Ltd., 2M Corporation Ltd. and TFT Display (M) Co. of Malaysia to assemble/produce Laptop by joint venture in Bangladesh. The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammad Ismail, MD, TSS, Mr. Michael Wong, CEO, TFT Display (M) Co., Malaysia and Mr. Mesbah Ahmed, MD, 2M Corporation Ltd.

2. Mr.Rajiuddin Ahmed Raju, MP Honorable Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication inaugurated newly established following Production/Assembling Plants in TSS on 28th August, 2010.

3. Production Started for Single Phase Digital Electric Meter, CID Telephone Sets, Mobile Batteries and Mobile Chargers.

4. Project under implementation for 2 Lac unit PSTN Telephone Sets in CKD/SKD condition for BTCL & Local marketing.

5. Project for Production and supply of BTS mobile tower for Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. is under process.

6. An agreement was signed for assembling/ manufacturing of Digital Electric & Prepaid Meter in TSS on 11th January...
